  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned shrimp; cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  4. Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet with drained pasta. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice before serving.
