Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Gradually add dry mixture to the butter-sugar blend and stir until just combined.

  6. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters; ensure half have center cutouts for the jam filling.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden; cool completely before assembling.
