- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–4 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, whisk powdered sugar with milk until smooth for icing. Drizzle over cooled bars before serving.
