  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
