- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes each), then shred into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
