Description

Holiday Cake Pops are a festive treat that combines moist cake and creamy frosting, all coated in luscious chocolate. These delightful bites are not only visually appealing but also easy to make, making them ideal for any holiday celebration. Whether you’re hosting a party or looking for a fun gift, these cake pops will bring joy and sweetness to your festivities.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box cake mix (any flavor)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup frosting (your choice)
  • 2 cups chocolate melts (dark or white)
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan and prepare the cake batter by mixing the cake mix, eggs, and melted butter until smooth. Bake according to package instructions.
  2. Once baked, let the cake cool completely before crumbling it into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the frosting until the mixture resembles dough. Roll small portions (about 2 tablespoons) into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Dip one end of each lollipop stick into the chocolate and insert it halfway into each ball.
  5. Fully coat each pop in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before adding sprinkles. Stand pops upright in a styrofoam block to set.
