- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Remove from heat, stir in half of the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares large enough for a spoonful of filling.
- Place filling in each square’s center, fold corners up, and pinch to seal.
- Brush bombs with egg wash and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
