Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate comfort food that combines juicy ground beef, aromatic garlic, and rich Parmesan cheese wrapped in a golden flaky pastry.   • 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Remove from heat, stir in half of the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares large enough for a spoonful of filling.
  5. Place filling in each square’s center, fold corners up, and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush bombs with egg wash and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
