Description

Garlic Butter Beef and Spinach Tortellini is a quick and delicious meal that combines tender beef, vibrant spinach, and cheesy tortellini in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 oz fresh cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cups baby spinach (washed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until they float, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the spinach; stir until wilted, around 1 minute.
  5. Fold in the cooked tortellini along with the remaining butter. Toss well to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
