  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar until fluffy. Mix in pumpkin puree and eggs one at a time, then stir in spices.
  3. Pour filling over crust; smooth the top.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cheesecake filling.
