Instructions

- Gently fold diced apples into the wet mixture. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- For the streusel topping, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and cubed butter in a small bowl until crumbly.
- Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter and sprinkle generously with streusel topping.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
