- 2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped

- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Add softened butter and mix until combined.
- Gradually fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until just combined. Gently fold in chopped apples.
- For the crumble topping, mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter and sprinkle generously with crumble topping.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
