- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges but soft in the center.
- While cooling on wire racks, whisk powdered sugar with milk to create icing; drizzle over cookies once cooled.
