  • 1 lb chuck or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the potatoes and chopping the onion.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a crockpot, layer half of the potato slices followed by half of the chopped onion and all of the seasoned steak. Top with remaining potatoes and onions.
