  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Place the salmon bites in a large bowl and pour half of the honey garlic mixture over them; toss gently to coat evenly.
