  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes). Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet with the drained pasta. Toss until evenly coated with sauce.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and toss again.
