Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
