- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in sugar and add eggs one at a time. Mix in flour gently until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar, an egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop cheesecake mixture and add cherry pie filling on top. Pour remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean from the brownie part.
