  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Gradually add cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and sour cream; mix until creamy.
  4. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture over it and swirl gently with a knife.
