Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 12 small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
