- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 4-inch squares.

- Whisk together the egg and water; brush on top of each pastry bomb.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
