- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix blackening spices together. Pat shrimp dry and coat with the spice blend.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
