  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups tart apples (like Granny Smith), chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions
