- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Add sour cream and granulated sugar; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar. Spread half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, layer with apples, then pour remaining filling on top.
- Mix oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over cheesecake.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
