Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 large Yellow Onions
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Peel and chop Yukon Gold potatoes into even chunks. Place in cold salted water in a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
