Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • ¾ cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the remaining sugar and sour cream until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced apples. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, drizzle with half of the caramel sauce, then layer with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  4. Bake for about 60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  5. Serve chilled with additional caramel drizzled on top.
