  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate by chopping it into small pieces, adding coconut oil, and microwaving in 20-second bursts until smooth.
  2. Prepare silicone cupcake molds by lightly coating them with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  3. Coat the molds by pouring melted chocolate into each mold, spreading it evenly along the sides. Freeze for 15 minutes until set.
