Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta is a luxurious dish that combines succulent steak with a rich, creamy garlic sauce, enveloping fettuccine pasta in indulgent flavors. Perfect for date nights or family dinners, this recipe is quick and simple to prepare, transforming any meal into a special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear for about 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat slightly and add minced garlic; sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with additional cream or reserved pasta water if necessary.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet along with the drained pasta, tossing gently until evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
