  • 4 small sugar pumpkins (about 1 pound each)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 fresh sage leaves, chopped (or 2 tsp dried sage)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut off the tops of the pumpkins and scoop out seeds and strings.
