Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and cinnamon until well combined.
