  • 3 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, artichokes, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the mozzarella. Mix until well blended.
