- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before chopping.
- In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon but leave drippings in the pan.
- Lower heat, add heavy cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese to the drippings in the skillet. Stir until combined.
- Add chopped chicken and crispy bacon back into the skillet along with drained pasta; toss until well-coated in sauce.
