  • 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh basil pesto
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained white beans, chopped spinach, and pesto. Mix gently until well coated.
  3. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
