Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce (mix of mayo, ketchup, mustard)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. While the beef cooks, wash and chop the romaine lettuce to serve as the base in four bowls.
  3. Once cooked, divide the beef evenly among the bowls atop the lettuce.
  4. Add halved cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese on top of each bowl.
  5. Scatter sliced pickles generously over each bowl.
  6. Drizzle burger sauce over everything and serve immediately.
