- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup burger sauce (mix of mayo, ketchup, mustard)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the beef cooks, wash and chop the romaine lettuce to serve as the base in four bowls.
- Once cooked, divide the beef evenly among the bowls atop the lettuce.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese on top of each bowl.
- Scatter sliced pickles generously over each bowl.
- Drizzle burger sauce over everything and serve immediately.
