Preparation is reasonably simple. You need to basi preheat the oven to 375F or prepare the grill by brushing it will olive oil. Mix together all the ingredients in a big bowl (except for the chicken) and save 1/3 cup of the bbq sauce for later. Now add the chicken to the remaining sauce in the bowl and make sure it’s nicely coated. Place the coated chicken on the grill (covered) or on a roasting panand cook for 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through, using the reserved 1/3 cup sauce to baste the chicken after with regards to 20 minutes.
